WILTON, Conn. (BRAIN) — Cycling Sports Group said Wednesday that is will end its collaboration with the German design company Denk Engineering GmbH.
"I'd like to thank Denk Engineering for all of their contributions to the Cannondale and GT brands, and wish Peter (Denk) and his team the best for the future," said Peter Woods, the president and CEO of Dorel Sports, the parent of CSG.
"In the past few years, we have made significant investments to enhance our product innovation capabilities through developing and expanding our internal R&D talent. This has positioned us to stay one step ahead by driving breakthrough and transformative products for the Cannondale and GT brands."
Denk and CSG have collaborated for about six years. Prior to that, Denk worked with Scott Sports for several years. Peter Denk said the company will be moving away from project work to focus on consulting in the composite industry.
"It has been an honor to work with Cycling Sports Group and we would like to thank them for all the great projects we have done together," Denk said.
