TAIPEI, Taiwan (BRAIN) — BioLogic is introducing a pair of safety lights that offer 60 degrees of adjustability — vertically and horizontally — to allow riders to aim the light exactly where it is needed.
The Argus LED lights are sold as a matched pair of white and red for front and rear use. A flexible mounting strap allows placement on handlebars, seatposts, helmets, or bags.
"Many safety lights, once strapped on, wind up pointing down or at angles where they are not very useful," said Eric Mah, BioLogic's brand manager. "With the Argus, you can adjust the angle of the light so traffic in front and behind you is sure to see you."
Argus lights feature a precision machined aluminum body with weatherproof seals. Flanges in the sides allow for visibility to side-coming traffic. Clicking the lens toggles the light between flashing, steady and off.
MSRP for the pair is $19.95. The lights will be available from www.premiumbikegear.com and retailers in the second quarter this year.
