BOSTON, MA (BRAIN) — BMC Switzerland is opening a Stromer service center in the San Francisco Bay Area to support dealers and customers of its electric bike line. BMC Switzerland owns Stromer as well as Bergamont.
“As e-bike sales continue to grow, Stromer recognizes that it is essential to have a full service center here in the United States that provides a range of services, from technical assistance and order fulfillment to dealer training,” said Chris Connolly, director of service. “While maintenance for a Stromer bike should be minimal, a dedicated service center heightens our abilities to meet the needs of our dealers and customers.”
The Swiss company also recently opened a high-tech innovation and development center in Oberwangen, Switzerland. The facility is open for consumers to tour and to take different Stromer bikes out for test rides.
